FULFILLMENT · BUENOS AIRES

A warehouse in Argentina for sellers on Mercado Libre

We receive your container, count and photograph every item, store it, pick orders and ship batches into Full. You can bring the goods in and leave the country — we handle the rest, you just sell.

Who this is for

Four situations where a Mercado Libre seller hits a wall — and we remove it.

✈️ You're leaving Argentina

The goods arrive and there's nobody to take delivery. We receive the shipment at our address, inspect it, book it in and ship it out as you sell. You don't need to be in the country.

📦 You don't have Full access yet

Mercado Libre grants warehouse access based on reputation and metrics — sellers wait months for it. Until then we ship unit by unit from our warehouse, and once it opens we start feeding Full in batches.

📝 The 3PL wants a one-year contract

Argentine operators work on annual contracts with a monthly minimum. Testing a niche with ten boxes is impossible there. With us it isn't.

🌍 You're not a resident

Signing with a local warehouse takes a CUIT, a bank account and negotiating in Spanish. We speak Russian and take that part off your hands.

How it works

From container arrival to delivery to the buyer — five steps.

1
We agree the terms

You tell us what the product is, how many boxes and how you plan to operate. We price it for your specific case.

2
We receive the shipment

You put our address as the consignee. We take delivery, count, check for damage and send a photo report with an itemised list.

3
We spec every item

We measure and weigh every item — that drives the Mercado Envíos rate. Wrong dimensions in the listing mean losing money on every single sale.

4
We store and prepare

We apply ML labels, poly-bag items individually and assemble bundles — all to the platform's requirements.

5
We ship

Either we pick orders one by one and hand them to Mercado Envíos, or we prepare batches and deliver them to the Full warehouse. Returns come back to us and get inspected.

Pricing

All prices are final: we operate under the monotributo regime, so no VAT is added on top — unlike local operators, who add 21% to their list price.

Storage — per box per month

SizeDimensions and weightStorage / monthShipping
Sup to 40×30×20 cm, up to 5 kg
M standard cartonup to 60×40×40 cm, up to 15 kg
Lup to 80×60×50 cm, up to 25 kg
Oversizepriced by volume, per m³

Excess weight or size moves a box up to the next tier. The ceiling is set by Mercado Libre itself: up to 30 kg, no side longer than 120 cm, and the sum of sides no more than 260 cm. Anything outside that won't be accepted by the Full warehouse either.

Starter package — per month. Includes space for 25 size-M boxes and receiving of your first batch. The first month of storage after customs clearance is free, so you're not paying while sales ramp up.

What it costs in practice

Two typical scenarios. Switch the currency above and the numbers update.

Low-priced goods via Full

2,000 small units — 20 size-M boxes. They sit with us, and twice a month we ship batches to the Mercado Libre warehouse.

Storage, 20 size-M boxes
Shipments into Full, 30 cartons

per unit sold

Full handles per-unit delivery to buyers, and that's already priced into ML's commission and shipping. For low-priced goods it's the only model that works.

Per-unit shipping from our warehouse

Bulky or high-value goods, or no Full access yet. 10 size-M boxes in storage, 40 orders a month.

If your product sells for under , this model doesn't pay off — we'll say so straight and price the Full option instead.

About the warehouse

So you know where your goods will sit and how they'll be handled.

What we have
  • An enclosed, dry space in Buenos Aires
  • Goods are stored where we live — constant personal oversight, no outsiders
  • Receiving against an itemised list with a photo report for every item
  • Financial liability within the scope of that list
How we work
  • Handling is manual — a person sees every box, not a conveyor
  • We take few clients so your goods don't get lost in someone else's flow
  • Bulky and heavy goods by arrangement — we're expanding the space
  • Perishables and short-shelf-life goods are discussed separately
We cap intake on purpose. The moment volume starts to threaten quality we'll close the door to new clients rather than start losing other people's boxes. If you need an industrial warehouse for thousands of pallets, we'll say so upfront and point you to the right people.

Frequently asked questions

What makes up the price?

Manual work on every box, plus the space your goods occupy. We're not a conveyor line: each item is counted, inspected, photographed and prepared to Mercado Libre's requirements by hand. Prices are final — no VAT on top — and there's no annual contract or minimum volume, so you pay for exactly what you used that month.

I'm not in Argentina. How do I get the goods to you?

You name our address as the consignee — on a shipment from China, on a container clearance, or when buying from a local supplier. We take delivery, count and send a photo report. You don't need to be there.

Do you need access to my ML account?

Yes, but limited — enough to print labels and create shipments. It's set up in half an hour using the built-in roles in the seller panel. You never hand over full access.

What happens to my goods if I decide to leave?

You collect them whenever you like, with no penalties and no month's notice. You pay for the storage and shipping you actually used, and that's it.

Can you help clear a container through customs?

We'll bring in a broker we trust and calculate the duties in advance — we have a customs calculator covering six countries. The clearance itself is filed in the importer's name, and we'll work out the right structure for your case.

What kind of goods do you take?

Almost any non-food product that fits Mercado Libre's limits: up to 30 kg, no side longer than 120 cm, sum of sides up to 260 cm. Bulky and heavy goods by arrangement — we're expanding the space. Anything needing refrigeration, and short-shelf-life goods, we discuss separately.

Tell us what you're bringing in

Write to us with what you're importing, how many boxes and where you plan to sell. We'll price it for your case and tell you honestly whether a warehouse makes sense at all or whether going straight into Full is cheaper.
