Renting an operating company in Argentina

The company is already open: the account works, imports are running, the profile is live. You get access and sell on your own — no powers of attorney, apostilles or waiting for the bank.

Option 2. Renting my company

The company is already open and trading

Argentina · live in one to two weeks

It is registered, the bank account is open, importing runs smoothly and the seller dashboard is active. I give you access, you trade yourself, and I stay out of how you work.

What is good about it
  • You are live in one to two weeks instead of two months.
  • No powers of attorney, no apostilles, no registration fees.
  • No waiting on a bank — the account already exists.
  • The company has a track record, and that changes how both the bank and the platform treat you. Newcomers do not get those doors opened.
What you should know
  • The company stays mine and you are the tenant. That is exactly why every condition goes into a contract rather than a handshake.
  • If you later want your own company, I am the one who opens it and helps move the sales across. For most people renting is the first step, not the destination.

The cost depends on volume and we agree it case by case.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you have to be the administrator rather than me?

By law a company in Latin America must have an administrator who lives in the country. That is the law's requirement, not the marketplace's. Until you have local residency I cover that role. You stay the owner throughout: the money, the goods and the decisions are yours. If you come in person we get the tax number and proof of residence in your name, and you become the administrator yourself.

Which pays off better, your own company or a partnership?

At the start, almost always the partnership: you spend nothing on structure and find out whether the product sells at all. Once the numbers add up, your own company pays off better, because importing through your own entity recovers customs taxes, and that is roughly a one-and-a-half-times difference in unit cost.

Answer three questions and I will suggest the model that suits you, and help you weigh the prospects before you spend anything.

Which country?

Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay — or undecided so far.

Which product?

The category and rough volume. If you already sell it in your home market, all the better — we will have something to compare against.

Where do you ship from?

From China, or you plan to work with local suppliers on the ground.
